All the content of TeenyScreenies.com (including product designs, pictures, logos, photographs, copy and other materials) belongs to Teeny Screenies and is protected by US and international copyright laws.
Confirmation
For all orders, you will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to dispatch and an invoice with the order.
Shipping
We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However as most of my products are handmade, this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas. If you need an order urgently, then contact us before placing the order and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, we offer a returns policy on all Teeny Screenie kits available at TeenyScreenies.com. The item must be returned within 14 days (screen and squeegee) in its original condition and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase but not the postage costs. Buyer must bear the cost of returning the item and we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us, so please retain proof of posting and use appropriate insurance. The cost of the product will be refunded within 10 days of the receipt of the return. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately to arrange a return of the order.
